Milling, machining and assembly at volume — where raw Acacia is cut to programme and furniture takes shape, with the plant and hands to hold a consistent standard across a full run.

C.O.P.

The Centre of Production — dedicated to finishing, quality control and export readiness. Pieces are sanded, sealed, inspected and crated to leave to the same specification they were drawn to.

The Sequence

One board, six stages.

Source

Acacia selected sustainably, by traditional methods — chosen for grain and density before it ever reaches the saw.

Mill

Boards are cut, dried and dimensioned. The grain is read and matched so each piece keeps its own character.

Shape

Machining and hand-joinery bring the drawing into three dimensions — proportion and fit resolved together.

Assemble

Components are joined and squared. Structure is checked against the spec before anything is finished.

Finish

Sanded, sealed and hand-finished at the C.O.P. — protecting the wood while letting the grain speak.

06

Export

Inspected, packed and crated for shipment — leaving to the same standard it was drawn to.
